First and foremost health and safety is the responsibility of each plot holder when cultivating their plot and being mindful of the health and safety of fellow plot holders.

There are items of mechanical plant that can be hired from the Shed Shop, namely lawn mowers, rotovator, hedge trimmer, brush cutter and a post rammer.

Items hired are purely at the plot holders risk.

There is a basic First Aid box by the Shed Shop door for use in an emergency and plot holders are asked to have first and foremost their own stock of first aid items as they feel is appropriate.

There are two water taps that plot holders can readily use to take drinking water from.

There are no toilet facilities as part of the allotments but there are public toilets 150yards away on Westhall Rd towards Warlingham village.

The nearest defibulator is at Warlingham Community Library in Shelton Avenue.
